Better care · Healthier smiles · Brighter future
Toothlogy is a global dental ecosystem connecting patients, dentists, clinics, colleges, students and suppliers — built so competence is discoverable, not just marketing budgets.
Accounts, clinics and dentist verification are live today. Search and booking arrive in Phase 4 — see what works below.

Dental care
These are the 12 specialties Toothlogy recognises today. A dentist selects theirs on their profile, and each one becomes a discovery filter when search ships in Phase 4.
Routine check-ups, fillings, cleaning and everyday dental care.
Treatment of the nerve and pulp inside a tooth, including root canal therapy.
Straightening teeth and correcting bite problems with braces or aligners.
Treatment of gum disease and the bone supporting your teeth.
Replacing missing or damaged teeth with crowns, bridges, dentures or implants.
Surgical procedures including extractions, wisdom teeth and jaw surgery.
Dental care for children, from first teeth through the teenage years.
Diagnosis of diseases affecting the mouth, jaws and surrounding tissues.
Dental imaging, including X-rays, OPG and CBCT scans.
Community dental health, prevention programmes and population oral care.
Replacing missing teeth with surgically placed dental implants.
Improving the appearance of teeth: whitening, veneers and reshaping.
Why Toothlogy
Four commitments written into the platform's constitution and enforced by its architecture, rather than promised in a footer.
Every qualification on a profile has been checked against the issuing council’s register. A dentist is not listed until that check passes, and verification can be revoked.
Paid placement is allowed; paid placement disguised as an organic result is not. Every promoted listing is labelled as one, on every surface — including the API.
Clinics and dentists hold access grants, not ownership. Access is explicit, revocable and audited, and export is a right rather than a feature request.
Country, language, currency and timezone are inputs to every layer rather than constants. India is the first market, never an architectural assumption.
Protective & preventive dentistry
Custom-made guards are fitted from your own impressions or a digital scan. Both are in the treatment catalogue, with the price range each usually falls in.

Worn overnight if you grind or clench, to protect the teeth and ease strain on the jaw joints and muscles.
Comfort & special care
Anxiety and additional needs are clinical facts, not inconveniences. Both of these are in the treatment catalogue, with the price range each usually falls in.

Sedative medication given through a vein, producing deep relaxation during treatment. Needs a medical assessment beforehand, and an escort home afterwards.

Care adapted to a physical, cognitive or medical condition — longer appointments, additional support, and liaison with your doctor where that helps.

Dental laboratory
Night guards, sports mouthguards, retainers, dentures and aligners are made individually, from your own impressions or a digital scan.
Honest status
Toothlogy is being built in dependency order, and this section says where it has actually got to. Nothing below is a mock-up.
Dentist discovery, appointment booking, dental records, messaging, reviews and the marketplace are designed and registered but not implemented. They are listed here rather than advertised as working.
Each of those routes exists and says which phase delivers it, instead of showing a search box that returns nothing.
Counted from the registry as this page renders, so the figures cannot drift from what the repository contains.
The five pillars
A feature that maps to none does not belong in Toothlogy — and the architecture enforces that rather than trusting discipline.
Create an account to be ready when discovery opens — or list your practice now and get your qualifications verified before patients start searching.
